Rice? Yes, rice, those teeny weeny bits we cook and eat with relish. Anything you can eat is safe on your body, you may ask, what if I can’t eat it, then be careful of putting it on your skin then. Let your skin eat what you eat, don’t forget, it’s our largest organ, so treat it, or better still feed it right. This is a simple recipe we all can do for radiating and glowing skin. Enjoy it and don’t forget to give a feedback.
– 3 tablespoons rice
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 tablespoon milk
Once your rice is boiled, strain it and separate the water in which the rice boiled. Add one spoon of heated milk in the rice and mix well. Finally, add honey.
First, clean your face thoroughly and apply the mask on dry skin. Let it act for a while, until it`s completely dry. Then, remove the mask and wash your face with the rice water.
Rice water acts as a skin moisturizer which can improve circulation, prevent aging spots and reduce inflammation. The healing properties of rice water will give you pure and well-nourished skin. It also has mild sun protective effects.
For optimal results, repeat the procedure once a week. Your face will look ten years younger.
NB: You may indulge your skin by using rice water as your last rinse when you finish taking your bath, your skin will scream oh la la and you will feel smooth silky skin. That is what I call ohlalacious skin.
